Do you need occupancy permit for the large Grandstands?

Yes, any seating stands in Victoria to seat more than 20 people require an occupancy permit from the VBA before they can be used by the public, which is supplied by us.

Do you supply a certificate of compliance (cert 126)?

Yes, once the large Grandstands are fully set up on position our structural engineer will then inspect the temporary seating structure and then supply the certificate of compliance for building work.

There is no minimum hire but weather you hire the Grandstands for 1-2-3 days or 4-7 it is the same hire fee.
